Well, after a pretty awesome and exhausting weekend I was rewarded with I think what’s been a bit of a head cold. I’ve taken it easy this week with no workout on Monday or Tuesday and only half of the P90X Chest, Shoulders & Triceps Wednesday. Thankfully I had the extra energy from my FITTEAM FIT to get me through the first few days of the week.
The diet side has been more consistent at least. Monday and Tuesday mornings were whole wheat English muffins with almond butter, honey and cinnamon along with a banana. Wednesday however was my FITTEAM Lean protein shake after the P90X workout. Lunch on Monday was a fajita chicken wrap, Tuesday was the Sambazon and an oatmeal/chocolate meal square with Wednesday being orange chicken with brown rice. Dinner was just another protein shake on Monday and Tuesday was wings from the local Wing Stop. Wednesday I had been promising to take my son to a local pizza buffet so let’s just leave it at that.
I think I’m actually getting over this head cold. Maybe it has just been an allergy thing? I’m not sure but I’m hoping to get back on a more consistent workout schedule the rest of this week. Wish me luck.
