Well, last week didn’t end too well. After my tumble last Wednesday though I was able to finish the run the ankle proceeded to get worse thru the day. Unfortunately this kept me fairly sidelined on workouts for the rest of the week and my weight loss goal for the week suffered. Last week ended up being pretty much a wash. Thankfully the ankle is doing much better now and I think I’m getting back on track.
Monday I was able to get out and do another 2.5 mile run without any problems from the ankle. Tuesday I did shoulders and arms from the original P90X and I’m feeling that as I sit here typing this out today. The plan for this afternoon is going to be P90X3 Yoga and 14 minutes on the Bowflex Max Trainer.
Breakfast all week has consisted of blueberry oatmeal after my morning FITTEAM FIT. Lunch both today and Monday was a 6″ Cold Cut Trio from Subway while Tuesday was a FITTEAM Lean protein shake since I was able to squeeze in my workout at lunch. Dinner on Monday was also a FITTEAM Lean shake and organic soft abked square from Cascadian Farms. Tuesday was a bit of a cheat for dinner as I had some hot wings, fries, and a beer. OK, dinner on Tuesday was a total cheat, so shoot me.
